Back problems? Stiff joints? Muscle injuries? Sprains or strains? Ongoing pain problems?
You can either collect a Physio Self-Referral form at the surgery or click here and hand in completed form to the Health Centre. Your details will then be assessed by the physiotherapists who will appoint you accordingly. The current waiting time for routine physiotherapy appointments is 6 weeks.
