Our phonelines are open from 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday, with the exception of Fridays when we are closed between 12pm and 1pm.
When calling for an on the day appointment please call at 8am. We can book GP appointments up to four weeks ahead and our Nurses six weeks ahead. Please try to make appointments in advance unless they are urgent. We operate a queueing system so please be patient during this busy time and we will answer your call as soon as possible. If your call can wait until later in the day please do so.
For results please call between 2pm and 6pm.
If you have received a text or phone message regarding results or information from the Doctor please call back after 10am.
If you have been asked to make a blood test by one of our Doctors please call 01738 413099 to arrange this. You are unable to make an appointment for bloods unless you have been asked to do so.
